Intelligent Partnership, the marketing team behind The Residences at The Baglioni Marrakech, were honoured last week with a Silver award for Best Marketing Campaign at the OPP Awards for Excellence 2011 (part of The Property Investor Show).

The judges commented “This is a marketing plan with clear objectives, and the results were clearly laid out for the judges. Intelligent Partnership has done a 5-star job all the way. It deserves every success.”

Strategic Marketing Consultancy, Intelligent Partnership, has been working on the project since its inception and has been integral in both building the luxury brand, advising on key elements of the resort and takes credit for the highly integrated creative campaign.

Managing Director, Guy Tolhurst, says “Our creative team have truly excelled themselves with this campaign, designing the iconic imagery used within all the marketing collateral from brand guidelines through to the blog. The brochure work is of the highest luxury quality reflecting the exclusivity of the boutique development. We are delighted that our commitment to this project has been recognised.”

The judges were very impressed with the dual strategy approach put together by Intelligent Partnership who organised exclusive events across Europe supported by a truly global PR campaign. This culminated in a glittering launch party held at The Baglioni Hotel London, covered in OK magazine and attended by 400 people including Jade Jagger and many other celebrities. The events, combined with a highly effective online campaign led to awareness in over 40 countries, with a network of high profile agents based in London, UAE, Paris, Geneva and Marrakech.

The award winning team are also in line for another distinction in next month’s International Property Awards sponsored by Bloomberg and Google, where they have won an award for Best Development Marketing in the 2011 African Property Awards. The status of the award will be announced at a prestigious ceremony held at The Burj Al Arab in Dubai.
