NTL provides business-critical loan and asset finance to a wider range of SMEs, targeting average returns of 4.0% to 6.0% per annum (net of annual fees). The Service enables investors to blend NTL with TPLL should they wish through one simple application form. Triple Point’s Estate Planning Service is a discretionary fund management service, offering investors’ access to TP Leasing Limited (‘TPLL’); a leasing, lending and infrastructure finance business. TPLL focuses on providing a small number of high value leases and loans to public sector organisations, such as the NHS and Local Authorities, and to Corporates. It targets returns of 1.5% to 2.5% per annum (net of annual fees). The Service enables investors to blend NTL with TPLL should they wish through one simple application form.
